Due to continued COVID-19 disruption, the 4th International Conference on Control and Computer Vision (ICCCV 2021), originally scheduled at University of Macau, Macau, China was held online during August 13-15, 2021.

ICCCV 2021 was co-organized by University of Macau, Macau, China and Southern University of Science and Technology. Four keynote speakers and four invited speakers delivered the wonderful speeches about state of the art research in their areas of expertise. In addition, nine parallel sessions were successfully finished with the efforts of all the session chairs and presenters.
