Due to continued COVID-19 disruption, the 5th International Conference on Control and Computer Vision (ICCCV 2022), originally scheduled at Xiamen, China was held online during August 19 - 21，2022.

Five keynote speakers and ten invited speakers delivered the wonderful speeches about state of the art research in their areas of expertise. In addition, several parallel sessions were successfully finished with the efforts of all the session chairs and presenters.
